  • Third-party platform data — revenue metrics, funnel events, app store reviews, and release history from services you connect (e.g. RevenueCat, Mixpanel, App Store Connect, GitHub)
  • Usage data — basic analytics about how you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used)

How We Use Your Data

  • To generate your growth audit and deliver recommendations
  • To improve the accuracy and quality of our AI analysis
  • To communicate with you about your audit results and product updates
  • To monitor and improve the Service

Read-Only Access

GrowthAgent requests only read-only access to your connected platforms. We do not modify, write to, or delete any data in your third-party services. We do not make changes to your app, codebase, or analytics configuration.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. API keys and credentials are stored securely and never exposed in audit reports. We retain connected platform data only as long as needed to generate and deliver your audit.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

AI Processing

Your connected data is processed by AI models to generate audit insights. We do not use your individual app data to train models that serve other customers. Your data stays yours.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Disconnect any third-party platform at any time
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
